Nick is the President of the agency, bringing over
18 years of experience
to his role. He holds a B.S. in Business Management from Nichols College and
specializes in both commercial and personal lines, as well as life and
disability insurance. Nick is committed to driving growth by developing new
markets that create value for both clients and the agency. He holds several
prestigious industry designations, including Accredited Adviser in Insurance
(AAI), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), and Certified Professional
Insurance Agent (CPIA).
Additionally, Nick previously served a three-year term on the board of
directors for the Westerly-Pawcatuck Chamber of Commerce. Licensed in Rhode
Island, Connecticut, and Massachusetts, his expertise and dedication make
him a trusted leader in the insurance industry.
Mike is the Vice President of the agency and has been an integral part of our
team for over 11 years. He brings a wealth of expertise
and a client-focused approach to every project. Licensed in both Rhode Island
and Connecticut, Mike is deeply committed to delivering top-tier service and
building long-lasting relationships. He is also an active community member,
driven by a passion for supporting both his clients and the local area.
Sam is our Assistant Vice President of Personal Lines.
He is licensed in RI, CT, & FL. His previous experience
includes working for one of the nation's largest insurance
brokerages, where he managed High Net Worth Insurance
Portfolios for clientele nationwide. Sam is recognized
for receiving the designations of Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI),
Associate in Insurance Services (AIS),
and Certified Professional Insurance Agent
(CPIA). He also maintains a certification
as a Rhode Island Notary Public.
Tim holds an Associate's Degree in Business Information Systems and joined
the agency in 2014 as a Personal Lines Account Representative. Licensed in
both Rhode Island and Connecticut, Tim's expertise spans across client service
and operational management. In 2021, he expanded his role to take on the
agency's accounting duties, further showcasing his versatility and dedication
to ensuring smooth internal operations.
Fred started in the Insurance & Financial Services Industry in 1984
and brings 37 years of experience to the agency. Fred markets and
sells a complete line of financial products including Life, Health,
Property & Casulty, 401K, and IRA accounts. Fred was
a National Sales Achievement Award winner 1985-1989 and in 1993, was
a National Quality Award Winner.
Margaret has
over 30 years of insurance experience. She has
received designations of Accredited Adviser in
Insurance (AAI) and Accredited Customer Service
Representative (ACSR). She is licensed in RI &
CT. She specializes in personal lines account
management.
Kate is a valuable member of our commercial lines department, where she
assists clients with claims reporting, endorsement requests, and policy
renewals. Licensed in both Rhode Island and Connecticut, Kate is dedicated
to providing exceptional service and ensuring smooth, efficient processes
for our clients.
With years of experience in the banking industry, Sam has held multiple branch
manager roles, consistently demonstrating leadership and a deep understanding
of financial operation. Sam handles day-to-day personal lines insurance
inquiries, providing efficient and reliable support to meet client needs.
Sam also serves as the President of the Board for the Johnnycake Center,
leading initiatives to support and strengthen the community.
Kim is our agency's receptionist. She handles billing,
payments, certificates of insurance, and various other
service requests.
